I want to start back on Induction.. my last bout was in July.. It's the end of September..
Thinking about goin at it for December..
But I dunno if I could cut out all those things anymore.. like the sugar and alcohol..
I think I am just going to cut down I guess..

So next wednesday would have made a month on induction..
WEll that never happened..
I ended up trying this soup diet.. the soup tastes great but I have no kinda zeal to just stick to it
I've decided I'm going to go on VH1 for this Flab to fab thing.. *sike*
Nuh uh! I'm joining the YMCA and getting a personal trainer like the stars do.. Hopefully in 6 weeks I can drop at least $20 lbs.. I'm willing to work myself ragged to do it

Induction DAY 1 again..
over the last two weeks I have only regained 3 lbs.. isnt that great?!
So I am starting back again..
I am mad hungry today.. but I can hold out till later
Might go home and have some chicken or something..

Guess what I got today?
I bought the new Atkins book with recipes..
I plan to do up a daily diet plan for the next two weeks and see how I can broaden my food intake..
I fed up eat the same thing all the time.. steups

Piggy has lots 14 lbs.. and I am about to start working out in the gym from this afternoon..
I ate a lot of carbs within these last few days.. but I plan to take a clean out this week.. and for the next two weeks while I am exercising..
I want to cut out the sugar again.. I drank plenty juice and ting and not enough water this last week here and I doh like that..

I have a great Chicken Recipe for you
Honey Teryaki Chicken

Marinade the chicken in Soy sauce, ginger, garlic, pepper, honey and salt and black pepper..(You can add some green seasoning)
Let sit for a few hours and then bake and baste continuously, so it looks nice and juicy, and not dry and hard..
use full chicken breasts and then cut them up when you are done..
Might want to do a sauce at the side cos it's very dry..

Tuesday is going to mark my two weeks of induction. I am going to go through until Friday though, cos I had a few lil things in between,
because of my nutrition class, I have to do a lil sampling and I had a spoonful of some cheese souffle and a lil tips of some coconut merengue..

I want to weigh, but I think I will be disappointed, so I am going to wait till wednesday afternoon to weigh and see how that goes..
My stomach is going down, dont have the pot belly I used to have *blush*
From the 7th JUne I start exercising every afternoon after work..
I'm glad I decided to start this diet over again during the summer when I have lots more time to concentrate on it and not be frustrated with classes..

I had some potatoes..
WHY?
Cos on the herb diet I am on in conjunction with the Atkins, they say I could eat potato..
I didnt have a lot, but I feeling guilty *hangs head in shame*
SO I am going to take my herbs today to get a clean out and drink this mixture I heard that cleans out your liver for you
Olive oil, grapefruit juice and lemon juice..
Sure as hell is going to taste real nasty, ewww!

I am hoping to be down 15lbs by wednesday night, and God willing, I dont want to cheat on my diet when I get to the wedding either..
But there is cold pastry chef who makes cheese cake, yummmmy I want piece ah dat..

last night I made a sugar free cheese cake, just substituted the sugar with splenda, gelatin has no carbs, cream cheese has 1 carb per serving, the graham cracker crust has 1.5 grams of carbs per serving, so it rounds out to be 3.25 grams per slice of cheese cake..that's hella low carbs, considering that you must only have 20 g per day..
and I have been doing that and less.. so that's great
