It is too shameful that the last time I was on here was Valentine's day..
I made some really awesome burgers this morning
MInced meat/Ground Beef.. depending on Geographic location
with ONions, tomatoes
and you know how we does do it with the bitters and soy sauce and all dem tings dere
so season de meat real good..
and fry dem up..
No bread crumbs no egg..
you can add some Feta Cheese.. if none ah dat.. a lb ah cheese by Ms Jenny will be just fine..

It's Monday again..
Another day on Atkins.. and i eat some johnny cakes, lol
they was real small doh lol
THank God I cooked a good bit of food yesterday cos right now I hungry and I dont think I am going to cook jack shit today..
I made this great salad dressing yesterday.... low fat and zero carbs, can you believe it
Butter, garlic, Cream, parsley, basil, beat them together.. and voila.. just add some black pepper and a lil salt..
it tastes great..
so proud of myself..
Oh make sure to cook the minced garlic in the butter on the stove first eh.. then mix in everything else..
I put a bit of olive oil in there too.. gives it a nice taste..

Thursday come and gone..
I had some whole wheat bread tonight..
that shit never tasted so good.. *licks lips*
I also baked some so called sweet bread.. and muffins.. same recipe.. just omitted the raisins and put some artificial strawberries in it..
I know the girls are going to lick that one up fuh sho!

Made some Broccoli in Cream sauce today..
Frozen or fresh broccoli..
(Frozen will take a longer time to cook because it is defrosting while cooking)
Add a generous amount of butter in a pan (make sure you can cover the pan)
Add chopped garlic..saute for a few mins
Place Broccoli in hot butter and garlic
Cover pan let broccoli become a bit tender..
Add cream and parmesan cheese, a bit of maggi tastemaker and some herbs..
Let cover for about 10 mins.
Serve hot with anything .. tastes like a winner

Hey atkins people..
Just thought I'd share a great way to bake some chicken
Season well, add everything yuh think yuh want to put in it..
eg. Soy sauce, hoisin sauce (watch the portions) etc.
Mix it all in bowl or ziplock bag...
Try grating some ginger and garlic.. more ginger though..
Cover with foil in greased baking pan and put in the ovenon 350F for 45 mins.
It is fully cooked so yuh bite up de bone and ting..
Then take turns broiling the chicken in 3min turns..
Add the additional sauce from the chicken and yuh good to go..

Broccoli..
Butter in pan.. with chopped garlic, a bit of maggi tastemaker
Put in broccoli, add black pepper..
Cover pot, let steam on really low fire or low setting if it's an electric stove..
the Broccoli comes out nice and tender but firm and filled with flavor..

Garlic Pork
Season pork, add a generous amount of garlic..
(to grind garlic, put in blender with oil and bottle)
Put in baking tray with all of the seasoning mix that you've used..
and let bake for 45 mins either under the broiler for (30mins) or at 350F for 45mins
It all depends on whether you want the meat a bit crispier and dark or just soft..
